1. Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept any other credit card at this stage but we are working on it.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, in principle we can ship to any country in Europe. Free shipping is only offered within European Union and Switzerland, though.
3. Do you offer Customer Accounts?
Yes. You can create a Customer Account while shopping. Once you have created your online account this will enable you to complete the shopping process quickly, create a Wish List and track any orders that you make.

Yes, we do have several branch stores in Austria.
6. Can I track my shipment online?
You can track the status of your order online via the Link and Code we send you in our shipment notification email.
7. Do you ship to other addresses?
Yes, the shipping address may be different from the billing address.
8. What are your delivery times?
After you have received an email from us that your order has been shipped delivery may be expected within 1 to 2 business days for Austria, 2 to 3 business days for Germany.
9. What are your shipment options?
Your order will ship with the Austrian Postal Service. On request we can also ship using express delivery or a carrier of your choice. Please note that extra shipping charges will occur!

Absolutely! All personal and credit card information is encrypted for your protection. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your transaction is safe. Your credit card information is processed by a clearing house, not by us.
13. How can I pay?
The easiest payment option is credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club). We also accept PayPal payments, advance payment or C.O.D. For C.O.D. services we charge a Euro 8 handling fee.

Simply put items in your shopping basket. If you wish you can also place a phone order. Call us at +43-(0)512-560444-410, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or send us an email.
15. To which countries does brynje-shop.com ship?
brynje-shop.com ships to any country in Europe. We offer free shipping within European Union and Switzerland for purchases above Euro 100. Shipping is free for orders over 70,00 Euro for Austria and Germany. Shipping outside Europe requires additional shipping cost.
16. What if an item purchased at brynje-shop.com arrives damaged?
Please report the damage asap to info@brynje-shop.com to obtain further information on the proceedings.
17. How much does it cost to send merchandise back to brynje-shop.com?
You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping.

Within Austria you can send your return via “freight collect”. We will deduct Euro 6 postage from your return.

At this stage we do not offer "freight collect" outside Austria.
18. What’s the warranty on items bought at brynje-shop.com?
All items bought at brynje-shop.com come with a full 6 month warranty.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase and you have not damaged the product you can return it within 6 months and miller-optik.com pays all shipping and handling fees.

Of course you can always contact us beyond the warranty period. We are always happy to help you!
19. What’s your return policy at brynje-shop.com?
We will gladly refund you if you return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of shipping date.
